Responsibilities

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions
• Supporting software development, systems engineering, or IT operations
• Performing data analysis, reporting, and process optimization
• Assisting with finance, marketing, operations, or project management activities
• Participating in team meetings, strategic planning, and presentations
• Contributing to continuous improvement and innovation efforts
• Engaging in professional development, training, and mentoring programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from George Mason University (or expected graduation within 12 months)
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
• Ability to obtain and maintain applicable security clearance
• Strong academic performance and eagerness to learn
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in relevant tools/software based on role (e.g., Python, Excel, SQL, Adobe, etc.)
• Professional attitude, problem-solving mindset, and adaptability

Requirements

• Internship or relevant project experience in your field
• Leadership experience in academic, extracurricular, or volunteer settings
• Willingness to take on new challenges and contribute innovative ideas
• Involvement in academic projects or research related to your field

Pay Range

The proposed salary range for this position is: $66,700 - $133,300
