[Hiring] Engagement Lead @CrowdStrike

Role Description

CrowdStrike is looking for a highly motivated, self-driven Engagement Lead to oversee forensic investigations performed by CrowdStrike’s trusted partners. This Engagement Lead will be dedicated to making a difference in global security by protecting organizations against a wide range of attackers. This person will coordinate directly with both CrowdStrike’s incident response leadership and the leadership of our partners and customers, representing CrowdStrike and helping deliver high-quality results during high-stakes incident response investigations.

Qualifications

• Led teams through complicated incident response investigations
• Managed and built trust with teams of incident responders
• Comfortable communicating about technical incident response findings to customer leadership, especially during high-pressure situations
• Interested in and keeping up with the latest vulnerabilities and breaches
• Self-motivated and looking for an opportunity to rapidly accelerate skills
• Incident Response or Information Security background
• Mentor who can naturally teach colleagues new methods and approaches
• Enjoy working around like-minded, smart people

Requirements

• Experience in team leadership in a matrixed consulting environment
• Previous experience developing and managing relationships in a consulting environment, preferably involving incident response
• Incident Response experience conducting or managing investigations for organizations, investigating targeted threats such as Ransomware, eCrime, Business Email Compromises (BECs)
• Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
• Experience managing external resources
• Experience implementing technology projects
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Demonstrate self-learning capabilities in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Team-management and leadership skills with cross-functional groups
• Documentation management and ability to use project management tools
• Attention to detail even under pressure
• Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Liaising with project stakeholders concerning project details and deliverables
• Experience with identifying and implementing process efficiencies

• Experience working for consulting organizations
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and improve efficiency
