Role Description

We are seeking an experienced part-time Contract Technical Recruiter to help us build exceptional engineering and data teams. In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high-priority technical roles, ranging from software engineers, data engineers to infrastructure specialists. The ideal candidate understands niche engineering environments, acts as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, and excels at building diverse, highly qualified candidate pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

Duration: 6 Months, with potential to extend

Location: Remote

Key Accountabilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and close qualified candidates for technical positions (e.g., Software Engineering, DevOps).
• Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate closely with engineering leaders to understand technical requirements, define sourcing strategies, and align on evaluation criteria.
• Advanced Sourcing: Leverage innovative and advanced sourcing techniques to identify top talent.
• Candidate Experience: Guide candidates through our hiring process seamlessly, offering timely feedback, preparing them for technical panels, and serving as a positive champion of the Claritas Rx brand.
• Data & Tracking: Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Workable, clean, compliant, and up-to-date while providing regular progress metrics to leadership.
• Offer Management: Manage offer negotiations for successful placements.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of proven success working explicitly as a Technical Recruiter (agency or in-house) with a track record of filling complex engineering roles.
• Technical Literacy: Deep understanding of the modern tech stack, including concepts like cloud computing, DevOps pipelines, front/backend frameworks, and database architectures.
• Tool Competency: Proficiency with major Applicant Tracking Systems and advanced boolean search operators.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the power to engage highly selective engineering talent.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Computer Science, or a related field.
