Role Description

Responsibilities

• Execute full life cycle recruiting for Engineering and Technology roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to offer.
• Build and manage robust candidate pipelines, delivering qualified talent to hiring leaders efficiently.
• Develop and implement customized recruiting strategies in partnership with hiring managers, HR business partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Promote Lockheed Martin Aeronautics' employer brand and unique career value proposition to attract high-caliber candidates.
• Advise hiring teams on candidate evaluation, selection, and offer processes to ensure best-fit placements.
• Negotiate competitive offers, emphasizing career development paths, benefits, and company culture.
• Maintain compliance by utilizing applicant tracking systems and adhering to hiring policies.
• Leverage Microsoft Office and other tools to manage recruiting processes and reporting.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the recruiting function.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience focused on Department of Defense (DOD) roles.
• 3-5 years utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) for candidate management.
• Proven track record of success in a fully remote recruiting environment.
