[Hiring] Talent Systems & Recruitment Automation Specialist @Bizmoni Corp.

Role Description

Bizmoni is looking for a hands-on Talent Systems & Recruitment Automation Specialist to review, optimize and automate our recruitment processes using Manatal. This is not a recruiter position. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition and Operations to understand our recruitment workflow, identify manual work and system gaps, and translate them into practical ATS configuration, automation, integration, and reporting solutions.

What You'll Do

• Review our current recruitment workflow and identify process and automation gaps.
• Configure and continuously improve Manatal workflows, pipelines, fields, templates and reporting.
• Automate repetitive recruiter activities and administrative tasks.
• Improve sourcing, screening, interview, candidate tracking and reporting workflows.
• Build or support integrations between Manatal and other business tools.
• Work with APIs and automation tools such as Zapier, Make or Power Automate, where appropriate.
• Create dashboards and reporting that improve visibility into recruiter activity and recruitment performance.
• Document workflows and train TA users on improved processes.
• Recommend new automation opportunities as the recruitment function scales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ATS, HRIS, CRM or recruitment technology systems.
• Demonstrated experience configuring and improving systems, not simply using them as an end user.
• Strong understanding of recruitment workflows and Talent Acquisition operations.
• Experience with workflow automation, APIs, integrations or tools such as Zapier, Make or Power Automate.
• Experience with Manatal, Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, Ashby or comparable ATS platforms.
• Ability to identify inefficient processes and translate business requirements into practical system solutions.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a global remote startup environment.

Compensation & Commitment

Bizmoni currently offers ONLY an equity-based compensation model, aligned with global startup practices that enable early contributors to participate in the company's potential long-term value creation. The role requires a flexible commitment of approximately 16 hours per week, with clear deliverables and results-driven accountability. Contributors may maintain a primary paid role alongside their engagement with Bizmoni. As Bizmoni is currently seed-stage, compensation is provided in company equity. Full terms and conditions will be discussed during the selection process and confirmed in the consulting agreement.
