Qualifications

• AI Fluency: Hands-on experience using AI for recruiting workflows (screening, ranking, summaries, outreach, interview design) and building prompt libraries.
• Automation Skills: Proven ability to create no-code automations (Zapier/Make/n8n) that connect ATS/CRM, calendars, and communication tools.
• Full-Cycle Recruiting Mastery: 2+ years managing requisitions end-to-end: sourcing, screening, and interviewing, along with strong Boolean search and multi-channel sourcing.
• LinkedIn Recruiter Proficiency: Extensive experience sourcing top-tier candidates using advanced LinkedIn Recruiter search techniques.
• CBBI & Soft Skills Screening: Skilled at conducting in-depth CBBI (competency-based behavioral interviews) and assessing soft skills to ensure cultural fit.

Requirements

• Utilizing either LinkedIn Recruiter (Corporate) or LinkedIn Recruiter Lite to find, source, and identify talent with a good understanding of which filters to use and why.
• Conducting Intro Interviews (15mins), Group Interviews (if necessary), and 1on1 Interviews (1 hour).
• Championing a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle.
• Utilizing ATS systems for effective pairings between client and candidate.
• Creating workflows and automations to streamline and automate parts of the Recruiting Process.
• Ensuring accurate and up-to-date notes on candidate profiles and updating trackers with metrics.
• Building and maintaining AI-assisted workflows for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
• Evaluating and implementing new AI tools/models while ensuring data privacy and compliance.
