[Hiring] Talent Sourcing Specialist @Christie

Role Description

Sources qualified candidates for Christie Lites, primarily for Rental Representative positions, while supporting warehouse, repair, and other recruitment needs.

• Determines candidate requirements by:
  • Reviewing position requirements and priorities with the Recruiting Manager.
  • Understanding the experience, skills, and industry background required for each role.
• Sources qualified candidates by:
  • Using Obra, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Giggs to identify suitable candidates.
  • Prioritizing Rental Representative searches while supporting other assigned roles.
  • Researching relevant companies, industries, and professional networks.
• Reviews and submits candidate profiles by:
  • Submitting 10–15 new qualified profiles daily, recognizing this may require contacting 50–100 profiles to identify candidates who meet the agreed requirements.
  • Providing supporting notes and profile links for each qualified candidate.
  • Checking for duplicates and maintaining accurate candidate records.
• Engages candidates and supports recruiting by:
  • Sending personalized outreach and following up with candidates.
  • Providing interested candidates with the job description and application link.
  • Passing qualified, interested candidates to the recruiting team for screening.
• Tracks sourcing results by:
  • Recording submissions, outreach, responses, and candidate status.
  • Adjusting searches based on recruiting feedback.

• Industry, sales, warehouse, or technical recruiting experience preferred.
