Role Description

We are looking for a Bilingual Sourcing Expert who is fluent in both English and Bengali (Bangla) to help recruit and support Bengali-speaking candidates located in Michigan. This is a remote, work-from-home position focused on finding candidates, communicating with them throughout the hiring process, and helping them complete all necessary application and new-hire paperwork.

• Search resumes and job boards for qualified Bengali-speaking candidates in Michigan.
• Call and text prospective candidates about available job opportunities.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to determine candidate qualifications and availability.
• Schedule qualified candidates for in-person interviews.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure they attend scheduled interviews and appointments.
• Assist candidates with completing applications and required new-hire paperwork.
• Answer candidate questions regarding job opportunities, the application process, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting records.
• Provide regular updates on recruiting activity and candidate status.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Bengali (Bangla) — speaking, reading, and writing.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of phone calls and sending text messages.
• Organized and able to follow up with multiple candidates at the same time.
• Comfortable using computers, email, texting, and online recruiting systems.
• Reliable and able to work independently from home.
• Must have reliable high-speed internet.
• Must have a Bluetooth headset/device suitable for making recruiting calls.
• Must be available to work 1:00 PM–6:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
• Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, call center, or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be highly organized, ability to multi-task and have the technology and availability for the job.
