Role Description

What You’ll Bring:

• 1–6 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally at a high-growth startup or recruiting agency that supports startups.
• Experience sourcing for GTM, Engineering, or Product Management roles, with the curiosity to learn new functions & proven success in filling roles.
• Strong research instincts and judgment - you can understand what makes someone a fit beyond titles and keywords.
• Concise, compelling writing and the ability to engage great candidates.
• Ownership, ability to sprint, attention to detail, and manage multiple searches independently in a fast-moving environment.

What Success Looks Like:

• Strong Pipelines: Priority roles have a steady flow of qualified, engaged candidates.
• Thoughtful Outreach: Candidates understand the opportunity and receive relevant, personal communication.
• Continuous Improvement: You use hiring-team feedback and conversion data to sharpen targeting and improve results.
