Role Description

Leland is seeking an experienced talent acquisition coach to work with students and professionals building careers in talent acquisition and recruiting. This role includes:

• Teaching core skills in talent acquisition
• Recruitment strategy
• Candidate screening and interviewing techniques
• Employer branding and onboarding
• Applying AI fundamentals and AI automation to modern recruiting workflows

Coaches also support the career side of the journey, including:

• Resume review
• Cover letters
• LinkedIn review
• Interview prep
• Networking strategy to help candidates land the right role

Ideal candidates have:

• Professional experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
• Prior coaching or mentoring experience
• A clear, structured approach to breaking down strategic and interpersonal aspects of the hiring process

Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
• Prior coaching or mentoring experience
• Structured approach to the hiring process
