Role Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition 360 Consultant to join a dynamic and growing team.

• Generate new business and identify new market opportunities.
• Build and manage long-term relationships with key clients.
• Act as a strategic partner and advise clients on talent-related decisions.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to closing.
• Identify and attract high-level talent through direct headhunting, networking, and market mapping.
• Manage commercial pipelines and active recruitment processes simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Business, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, combining business development and end-to-end recruitment.
• Proven experience in client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
