[Hiring] Sr. HRIS Analyst @ClearCaptions LLC

Role Description

The Sr. Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst leads the optimization and full lifecycle management of ClearCaptions’ People technology ecosystem, including Dayforce (Ceridian), applicant tracking, and performance management platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors. This is a highly technical, execution-focused role requiring strong project management, deep system configuration expertise, and the ability to build integrations and data visualizations that enable data-driven decision-making.

The Sr. HRIS Analyst serves as the hands-on systems expert responsible for:

• Reconfiguring Dayforce
• Rebuilding workflows
• Resolving legacy setup issues
• Improving data integrity
• Implementing scalable, automated processes across the People function

This role partners closely with Corporate Information Technology (IT) to ensure all People systems align with enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM), security, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of five (5) years of HRIS administration experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on Dayforce (Ceridian) configuration experience.
• Proven experience leading system enhancements or reimplementations.
• Experience working in a fast-growing, mid-sized organization.
• Demonstrated success leading HR technology RFPs, tool evaluations, selection, and implementations.
• Strong cross-functional project management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain integrations and automated file feeds.
• Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.
• Expertise in People data analytics, reporting, dashboard development, integration development, workflow automation, and system migrations.
• Strong understanding of People data compliance, security standards, and core HR operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours as needed and travel up to 5%.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern communication tools.

• Track record of owning and optimizing HRIS, ATS, performance management, and compensation platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to drive efficiency and implement system improvements.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to use discretion, make sound decisions, and maintain confidentiality.

Benefits

• Compensation: $96,000 to $118,000/yr determined by competitive market analysis and internal equity considerations.

Work Environment

• 100% Remote with Travel: Primarily works indoors from a home office or at customer, vendor, or business locations.
