The HRIS Program Manager requires a strong, experienced HRIS/HCM professional with enterprise systems experience and expertise in:

• Core HR
• Payroll
• Benefits
• Time and Absence Management
• HR/GL

This position will:

• Represent Employee Services as an HCM expert.
• Act as a liaison to campus partners, internal department units, and University Information Services teams.
• Lead and contribute to HCM/HRIS projects and operational initiatives.
• Consult and partner with Campus HR offices and Employee Services department.
• Ensure system configurations align with institutional and legislative requirements.
• Provide project support, system testing, end user support, documentation, and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education, or equivalent professional experience.
• Five (5) years’ experience in a functional analyst or business analyst capacity, including:
• At least two (2) years of experience working with PeopleSoft HCM.
• Experience writing SQL queries.
• Experience with data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with system and end user testing.

Requirements

• Seven (7) years of equivalent experience preferred.
• One (1) year of experience in a team lead or supervisory role preferred.
• Experience with relational databases, particularly PeopleSoft HCM HR, Payroll, and Benefits tables.
• Experience creating and diagnosing queries using PS Query or SQL writing applications.
• Experience in higher education HR information systems and/or payroll systems.
