[Hiring] Senior Regional Recruiter @The Nature Conservancy

Role Description

The Senior Regional Recruiter provides full-service recruitment processes for our Asia Pacific Region, supporting the full vertical of hiring needs from entry level to senior level roles (Manager-Director level). This position will include:

• Developing a pipeline of potential talent
• Networking and building partnerships
• Providing guidance and support to hiring managers
• Managing the recruitment database
• Recruiting and hiring mid-level positions in the Region
• Coordinating with Executive Recruiters on executive level positions
• Creating a positive experience for all candidates
• Fulfilling the recruiting needs across The Nature Conservancy

Qualifications

• Experience working with and reporting out to Director & VP level clients
• Experience in sourcing, including candidate identification, research, outreach, or candidate development
• Experience in database management and spreadsheet software
• Experience managing confidential documents and retention processes
• Experience communicating and developing relationships with a broad range of audiences
• Experience with prioritizing and organizing work while attending to details
• Experience working with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems; Workday experience a plus
• Experience working in a start-up like environment

• Strong consultative influence to advise and manage diverse key stakeholders
• Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience appreciated
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• May require fluency in foreign language(s) to support global operations
• Ability and willingness to travel
