[Hiring] Senior HR Systems Analyst @Percepta

Role Description

The Senior HR Systems Analyst leads the planning, delivery, and ongoing optimization of Percepta's HR technology portfolio. Acting as both project manager and technical lead, the role owns HR systems projects end to end, from business case and requirements through configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and adoption. Key priorities include:

• Expanding Manager Self-Service (MSS) and Employee Self-Service (ESS)
• Implementing new applications and tools
• Improving integrations and efficiency across the HR application landscape

The role serves as the subject matter expert (SME) and primary point of contact for Percepta's recruiting system (Oracle Taleo or other Oracle platform), Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), and other HRMS applications, and leads cross-functional teams across Human Resources, Payroll, IT, Finance, and vendor partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field is required.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) or Agile/Scrum certification is preferred.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Technology, or HR Operations roles, including at least 2 years leading HR systems projects or implementations.
• Experience supporting Oracle HR systems, including Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS and Oracle Taleo or other Oracle recruiting platforms is required; experience with other HCM platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, ADP, Dayforce) is a plus.
• Hands-on experience configuring or supporting Manager Self-Service and Employee Self-Service functionality.
