[Hiring] Senior Corporate Compensation Analyst @OneDigital

Role Description

OneDigital is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to own the data, processes, and cycles that keep our pay programs accurate and running smoothly. This is an independent, internal-facing role split evenly between analysis and hands-on process ownership. You will serve as the subject matter expert and administrator for our merit, bonus, and promotion cycles, and you will help shape how we use new compensation technology and AI tools. This role reports into the People Technology and Innovation function.

What You'll Do

• Own salary survey submissions, including data cleanup, validation, and market pricing using multiple market survey sources.
• Administer the merit, bonus, and promotion cycles end to end, from planning, configuration, and testing through data loads, communications support, and post-cycle audits.
• Test new compensation functionality, including system releases, new modules, and merit-cycle configuration, and partner with HRIS on validation and rollout.
• Pilot, validate, and manage AI tools for compensation work, reviewing outputs for accuracy, managing prompts, workflows, and agents, and ensuring appropriate use.
• Deliver ongoing compensation analysis, market pricing, and offer and pay recommendations that help leaders make sound decisions.
• Build costing and cost models that give leaders a clear view of the impact of pay decisions.
• Partner with HRIS, Payroll, Talent Management, and HR colleagues to resolve issues and keep pay programs running smoothly.
• Document processes and recommend improvements that make our compensation practices more accurate, efficient, and scalable.

Qualifications

• You have 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation or a related analytical field, with a track record of delivering accurate results independently.
• You have strong data validation skills and catch errors, inconsistencies, and gaps before they reach decision-makers.
• You are an advanced Excel user, comfortable with lookups, pivots, data manipulation, and large data sets.
• You bring analytical rigor and close attention to detail, and you can explain your findings clearly to HR partners and business leaders.
• You use AI tools effectively and critically, getting real value from them while verifying outputs and applying sound judgment.
• You take ownership of processes, manage competing deadlines during cycle periods, and work well with cross-functional partners.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Benefits

• The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $90,000 to $105,000 per year.
• Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location.
• In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
