Role Description

As our Sr. Compensation Analyst, you will support our compensation programs from plan design through implementation and ongoing administration, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert. Every day, you will apply solid knowledge of compensation (base and variable pay) and data to provide critical analytical insight that informs compensation-related decisions and programs. You will provide comprehensive analytical support, ongoing research, modeling, and in-depth compensation analysis for base pay and incentive programs.

• Evaluate jobs and complete market pricing.
• Determine pay grades and complete compensation surveys.
• Perform associated analyses by applying standard job evaluation methodologies.
• Ensure compensation-related programs and practices are competitive, equitable, and compliant with all regulatory requirements.
• Consult with leaders on various compensation issues.
• Mentor and guide compensation analysts and specialists.
• Support the planning, development, and implementation of new and revised CSH compensation programs.
• Provide analytic support for CSH compensation program management and implementation.
• Facilitate the delivery, education, and communication of compensation programs.
• Participate in and complete salary surveys, analyze results, and assist with the design or revision of salary structures.
• Review and consult with HR or managers on new or revised jobs, conduct job evaluations, determine FLSA status, and provide salary recommendations.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports regarding market compensation data and internal company compensation information.
• Participate in special projects, including executive compensation analysis, labor negotiations support, and merger and acquisition activities.
• Partner with HR COE’s, HR Technology, and other CSH colleagues to ensure continuous improvement of processes and technology.
• Identify issues and concerns and offer potential solutions for problem solving.
• Ensure accuracy of compensation-related data maintained within company information systems and databases.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a compensation analyst.
• Deep understanding of compensation plan design, market pricing, job evaluation methodologies, and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data modeling and statistical analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Five (5) years of related job or industry experience in lieu of degree.
• Four (4) years progressive compensation or analytics experience.
