[Hiring] Senior Compensation Analyst @Rocket Companies

Role Description

The Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for building and delivering both global and local compensation programs that enhance the employee experience, through support and management of both global and country programs in line with the global total rewards philosophy. This role is highly collaborative and cross-functional, requiring regular communication with customers and stakeholders across the organization.

• Manage day-to-day needs of compensation vendor and survey providers relationships.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to ensure that Rocket builds an attractive, competitive compensation package globally.
• Work pro-actively and contribute to the research, analysis, design, and development of global compensation programs consistent with business priorities and total rewards philosophy.
• Requires enthusiasm, innovation, initiative, excellent organization and analytical skills, and a talent for nurturing strong, lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Significant experience required in a similar role; minimum expected 8 years post bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience working in a globally matrixed organization.
• Strong vendor management skills with the ability to deeply understand the survey platform and analytics offered.
• Experience managing projects including preparing project plans, timelines, and building business cases.
• Able to build strong working relationships with teams and key stakeholders on an international basis.
• Highly proficient and superior accuracy in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office Suite software.
• Previous experience of M&A activity / compensation program harmonization.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• HR systems experience.

Requirements

• Facility/experience with a breadth of software/compensation administration systems.
• Compensations or Rewards Remuneration professional certification or master’s degree in business, tax, Human Resources or a related field.
• Workday experience preferred; Salesforce experience a plus.
• Experience/background with benefits and/or global mobility a plus.
