[Hiring] Recruiter I @Ryder Supply Chain Solutions

Role Description

Includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer (negotiation & acceptance) completion of contractor hiring administrative processes, and on-boarding of new contractors.

• Responsible for administrating defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited.
• Developing/managing relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment team-mates.
• Responsible for recruitment updates and keeping the management team informed of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment.
• Performance will be measured, in part, upon KPI measures and execution of recruitment strategies which include:
  • Advertising methods
  • Job fairs
  • Remote recruitment techniques
  • Maintenance of recruitment materials
  • Keeping the management team informed of recruitment progress and issues affecting recruiting
• Meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED, Required
• 2 years or more in experience Full life-cycle recruiting experience, Required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook) Intermediate, Required

• Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments, Required
