Role Description

We’re looking for a Middle Recruiter who feels confident managing full-cycle recruitment independently and enjoys working with international markets. You’ll work closely with international hiring managers, support business growth in emerging markets, and contribute directly to building strong commercial teams.

• Managing full-cycle recruitment for BDM and Sales roles across Africa and Asia
• Sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant channels
• Conducting HR interviews and assessing candidates’ motivation, communication style, and market fit
• Coordinating interview stages with hiring managers and keeping the process moving
• Maintaining a well-organized and healthy recruitment pipeline
• Providing regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights
• Ensuring a smooth, professional, and friendly candidate experience

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience
• At least 1 year of experience in international hiring
• Experience hiring BDMs, Sales Managers, or other commercial roles
• Experience working with Africa and/or Asia markets
• Confidence managing roles independently from intake to offer
• Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills
• Good organizational skills and ownership mindset
• Working proficiency in English, B2 or higher
• Experience with LinkedIn and ATS tools
• Russian language skills would be a plus
• Fintech experience would be a strong advantage
