Role Description

We are looking for an energetic, driven, and highly organized Recruiter to join our growing team and help us build a world-class workforce across our rapidly expanding operations. This is a high-output recruiting role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage a large volume of candidates simultaneously, and knows how to identify great people quickly.

• Manage high-volume recruitment across multiple locations, departments, and job postings.
• Review and screen large volumes of applications to quickly identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct 55+ candidate screening interviews per week while maintaining a high standard of candidate evaluation.
• Conduct structured first-round interviews using established hiring frameworks and scorecards.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, recruiting platforms, and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, statuses, notes, and next steps within the ATS.
• Consistently follow up with candidates to keep the hiring process moving quickly.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
• Identify recruiting bottlenecks and proactively find ways to increase hiring speed and efficiency.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting and/or conducting interviews
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proven time management skills in a fast-paced environment

Benefits

• Compensation: $1000 USD per month full-time, negotiable depending on experience
