Role Description

We're looking for an organised, proactive People Operations & Talent Coordinator to join our client’s growing team. This role is ideal for someone with experience across people operations, recruitment coordination, and HR administration who enjoys improving processes and leveraging AI to work more efficiently.

You'll play a key role in supporting our people function, managing administrative workflows, coordinating hiring activities, and ensuring employee documentation is accurate and compliant.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in People Operations, HR Administration, or Talent Operations.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Justworks
  • Ashby
  • DocuSign
• Comfortable using:
  • Slack
  • Gmail
  • Zoom
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Highly trustworthy and able to handle confidential employee and salary information.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Requirements

• Experience with Ramp (Nice to Have).
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or similar frontier AI models (Nice to Have).
• Experience creating or managing AI-powered workflows and automations (Nice to Have).
