[Hiring] People Operations Coordinator @Job Duck

Role Description

We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy, and highly organized professional to serve as a direct partner to the business owner. This role combines executive support, operations coordination, and some recruitment tasks. The ideal candidate is independent, resourceful, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM

Monthly Compensation: 1,060 to 1,150 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Follow up with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to gather required documents and information.
• Coordinate with team members to improve communication, alignment, and workflow efficiency.
• Assist with administrative, operational, and special projects as needed.
• Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and executive communications.
• Maintain databases, documents, and company records.
• Manage user accounts, including onboarding and adding new users to internal platforms.
• Develop, implement, and maintain operational workflows and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in Administration/Office Management
• Mac computer required.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong technology and systems aptitude.
• Experience with databases or workflow automation is a plus.
• Ability to review business documents and contracts with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
