Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing and administration
• Experience with payroll software and employee compensation management
• Experience with the client's payroll jurisdiction and payroll platform is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for payroll calculations, reconciliations, and reporting
• Strong numerical skills and excellent attention to detail to ensure payroll accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet payroll deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to identify, investigate, and resolve payroll discrepancies
• Ability to handle sensitive employee and financial information with strict confidentiality

Requirements

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule, including regular wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and adjustments
• Review employee timesheets and resolve discrepancies before payroll submission
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and compensation changes
• Reconcile payroll reports and coordinate with Human Resources and Accounting teams to ensure data accuracy
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and payroll records
• Support payroll reporting, tax filings, and audits in accordance with business and regulatory requirements
• Ensure compliance with applicable payroll regulations, internal policies, and established company procedures
