Role Description

Our Client is seeking an experienced, consultative Remote Lead Recruiter to take full ownership of executive and school leadership searches across preschool and childcare networks. Reporting to senior leadership, this team member will execute full-cycle confidential searches for high-stakes roles—including Center Directors, Assistant Directors, Regional/Area Directors, and Executive Directors. Utilizing Bullhorn ATS and proactive sourcing strategies, the Lead Recruiter will advise school owners on search strategy, run deep operational screens, manage offer negotiations, and mentor junior recruiters on ECE talent evaluation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with direct exposure to the Early Childhood Education (ECE), childcare, or K-12 education sectors.
• Demonstrated capability running leadership searches (Director-level and above) within school systems, childcare centers, or similarly regulated operational environments.
• Experience serving as a trusted search advisor to business owners, operators, and executives on market compensation, talent availability, and hiring strategy.
• Hands-on experience navigating enterprise applicant tracking systems (Bullhorn experience is strongly preferred) and web-based sourcing tools.
• Strong instincts for evaluating leadership presence and culture fit, paired with the discipline required for confidential search execution.
• Native-level written and spoken English skills with the executive polish required to lead conversations with US school owners and corporate leaders.
• Full availability to work standard business hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET).
• High-performance personal workstation, HD webcam, noise-canceling headset, and enterprise-grade high-speed internet connection in a quiet workspace.

Requirements

• Prior background as an educator, school administrator, or recruiter within a national childcare/ECE brand network.
• Practical knowledge of US state-by-state childcare licensing requirements and director qualification credentials.
