[Hiring] Human Resources Representative IV @Pyramid Consulting

Role Description

Immediate need for a talented Human Resources (HR) Rep IV (Contractor). This is a 06+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in U.S (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle escalated Employee Self-Service (ESS) and client inquiries, interpreting policies and advanced tax and payroll issues.
• Address escalated employee relations questions and inquiries delegated by HR Advisors.
• Investigate unique and complex HR-related issues, resolving them directly with employees and managers.
• Lead team support for new service projects transitioning with designated departments.
• Update and improve the department database to enhance service efficiency and educate team members.
• Evaluate existing work processes, making recommendations for improvements to optimize resource use.
• Provide support to lower-level representatives and new staff, ensuring a collaborative service environment.
• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Human Resources or related fields.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex policies and guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Experience in handling escalated HR issues and employee relations.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and support team alignment.

Requirements

• Pay Range: $20 - $21/hour.
