Role Description

Northbridge University is seeking a qualified Human Resources (HR) Essentials Instructor to teach courses through its Continuing Education Division. Courses will be delivered 100% online.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration (MBA) with an HR concentration, Management with an HR emphasis, or a closely related discipline (required).
• Minimum of three (3) years of practical professional experience in Human Resources or HR-related operational environments.

• Professional experience involving one or more of the following areas:
• Human Resources operations support.
• Recruitment and onboarding coordination.
• Employee records management.
• HR compliance support.
• Employee relations support.
• Benefits administration support.
• HRIS-supported recordkeeping.
