[Hiring] HR Operations Contractor @KAYGEN

Role Description

• Role will support Deloitte's Contingent Workforce Management team to source and onboard highly specialized contract talent including sr. executives and international talent.
• Support end-to-end lifecycle contractor management including developing SOWs and sourcing strategy with project stakeholders.
• Support project team by reviewing contracts and staff augmentation job postings to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Provide detailed summaries and recommendations to project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams to address contract-related inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records for audit and reporting purposes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with professional services firms, contingent labor, international/cross-border labor, and communication with senior-level candidates and stakeholders.
• End-to-end lifecycle contractor management.
• Knowledge of recruiting, contingent, and deployment systems a plus.
• Fieldglass experience and process management is a must.
