[Hiring] HR Consultant (Reporting Analytics) @World Food Programme

Role Description

The HR Reporting & Analytics Consultant will work under the general supervision and guidance of the Team Leader of the HR Analytics Work-stream to:

• Develop comprehensive HR statistical reports, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and timeliness.
• Analyse HR data and respond to quantitative information requests from HR, other WFP colleagues, external bodies, donors, member states, and United Nations organisations.
• Extract and manipulate data from HR systems including SAP (WINGSII), Business Warehouse (BW), PASport (Local Payroll), and Workday.
• Conduct quality control checks on staffing data from various corporate systems to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
• Design, test, and maintain custom reports and worksheets in Workday to support HR operations and strategic decision-making.
• Support in drafting and formatting reports, presentations, and briefing materials for HR leadership and strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate with People Analytics focal points across field offices to ensure alignment, capacity building, and effective data practices.
• Assist in organizing People Analytics sessions that promote HR data literacy, including content development and facilitation support.
• Provide additional support as needed to advance HR analytics and reporting objectives.

Qualifications

• University undergraduate or graduate with experience and training courses in one or more of the following disciplines: statistics and/or information technology or any other related fields.
• Experience in data analysis.
• Experience in SAP, Workday.
• Experience in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in oral and written English with an intermediate knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, Spanish) or Portuguese.
