Role Description

Freelance Recruiter / Recruitment Delivery Consultant

• Seeking entrepreneurial recruiters interested in international mandates, skill development, and increased earning potential.
• Two partnership models:
  • Recruitment Delivery: Work on existing AIC client mandates, focusing on sourcing, candidate engagement, and successful placements.
  • Full Cycle recruitment: Bring your own clients or develop new business opportunities while collaborating with AIC on recruitment assignments.
• Open to experienced independent recruiters and motivated recruitment consultants seeking to further develop their capabilities.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Source, engage, and assess candidates across specialist technology, commercial, and leadership functions.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, market mapping, and professional networks.
• Leverage AI-assisted research and recruitment technology to improve sourcing efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, particularly in technology and leadership roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client mandates.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sourcing and placing candidates.
• Familiarity with AI and technology in recruitment processes.
