[Hiring] Field Acquisition Manager @Potbelly (Potbelly Corporate)

Role Description

The Manager of Field Talent Acquisition will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment efforts for our field teams & metrics of the TA team in the fast-casual restaurant space. This role will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly and salaried roles, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process that supports operational needs and aligns with our company culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for field roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for hourly and salaried positions.
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract top talent.
• Provide a positive candidate experience through clear communication, timely follow-up, and transparent interview processes.
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics to evaluate and adjust strategies.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices, applying them to optimize recruitment efforts.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking through ATS system and ensure data integrity.
• Ensure hiring compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, especially wage, hour, and youth employment regulations common in fast casual staffing.
• Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Field Talent Acquisition to implement new recruitment initiatives and improve the hiring process.
• Monitor and report on team recruitment metrics.
• Lead NSO- hiring, staffing and recruitment strategies at all levels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, particularly in high-volume, hourly hiring within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working with ATS and recruiting technologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities/roles while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, data insights, and problem-solving skills.
