  • Create meaningful moments to connect through the design of team retreats, all-team meetings, and other initiatives.
  • Support team members in understanding and maximizing their benefits, including leave and reintegration planning for Galvanizeโ€™s sabbatical program.
  • Build and maintain user-friendly systems that organize policies, internal communications, and documentation.
  • Manage comprehensive compensation reviews with an outside vendor every 2-3 years.
  • Lead the design, distribution and analysis of regular pulse, annual engagement and other surveys, summarizing results for leadership and staff, tracking trends over time.

  • All employees of Hopewell Fund are required to complete timesheets every two weeks.

Qualifications

  • A strong track record of developing values-driven people and culture strategies with measurable outcomes.
  • Clear examples of coaching teammates to foster a culture of inclusion, trust, and accountability in a remote-first environment.
  • A proactive and data-driven approach for developing processes that inspire high performance, deep collaboration, and retention.
  • Demonstrated experience rolling out user-friendly systems effectively, with the ability to clearly articulate processes and drive adoption across the team.
  • Deep understanding of how to craft and maintain thoughtful systems for the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
  • Experience leading performance management processes that cultivate a culture of continuous learning, productivity and growth.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and remove barriers to implementation.

Company Description

Galvanize USA is a nonpartisan civic empowerment program with a mission to build an America that works for everyone. The division in politics today is causing more and more women to step back from civic engagement. We believe there is a different way forward โ€“ one that is rooted in meaningful connection and where we get the support we need, feel less alone, and learn & grow together. We use data-driven research to support our audience in building strong communities, defending against disinformation, and meaningfully engaging in civic life.

  • Employees of Galvanize USA also work part-time for a coordinated 501(c)(4) project, Galvanize Action.
  • Galvanize Action identifies, engages, and moves moderate women in rural, small town, and suburban America to reliably support progress.
