Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and organized Account Acquisition Assistant to support our recruitment and account acquisition activities. This role is primarily focused on:

• Posting job opportunities
• Engaging with potential applicants
• Screening candidate information
• Providing administrative support to ensure smooth recruitment operations

Qualifications

• Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Customer Service, Leads Generations, or any Recruiter.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and online job-posting platforms is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures accurately.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Highly responsive and able to communicate effectively during working hours.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable handling candidate information and administrative tasks.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop in recruitment and HR.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.

Requirements

• Post general remote work and administrative job openings across social media platforms, local job boards, and community pages.
• Monitor incoming applications, responses, and expressions of interest from potential candidates.
• Review and filter applicants based on established requirements and criteria.
• Capture and maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment records.
• Route qualified candidates to the appropriate communication or messaging channels for further engagement.
• Ensure job postings and company profiles are presented in a clean, professional, and consistent manner.
• Respond promptly to candidate inquiries and coordinate recruitment-related communications.
• Support day-to-day recruitment and administrative activities.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the team.
