Role Description

This role involves being an integral member of the Global HR Technology Team, focusing on Workday Compensation and Absence.

Analyze, design, and develop the Workday system, policies, and related processes.
Build a thorough understanding of HR business processes and analyze evolving business requirements.
Maintain and manage Core Compensation & Advanced Compensation and their related business processes.
Gather and document business requirements for new initiatives or changes to existing processes/procedures.
Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Workday Compensation and Absence issues.
Manage and participate in compensation/absence-related projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Stay updated on Workday product releases and industry trends to ensure optimal system performance.
Assist in developing and maintaining compensation/absence policies and procedures in Workday.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 5 years of working experience with Workday Compensation and Absence configuration.
Experience with Workday technologies - Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Report Writer, Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, Calculated Fields.
Analytical and strong problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Able to prioritize tasks with tight deadlines.
Comfortable working both individually and as a team player.
Strong communicator, both verbal and written.
Ability to effectively lead discussions.
Good understanding of system setup and different business processes.
Understanding of how data is stored in the system and how it integrates with internal applications.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and in a fast-paced project environment.
