Role Description

Avenue5 is growing, and we are in search of a customer service representative to join our dynamic team.

Act as the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries about products, services, orders, and other customer-related issues.
Accurately and efficiently address customer issues, providing solutions and escalating complex problems to appropriate teams when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, notes, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, building rapport and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Process orders, payments, and other relevant transactions accurately and efficiently.
Collect customer feedback and provide insights to product/service improvement teams to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

Ability to effectively interact with residents, suppliers, other associates, and clients.
Ability to create a climate in which associates want to do their best by leading and communicating a shared vision with associates and providing coaching and development.
Ability to relay technical concerns with adequate detail, quickly and accurately.
High degree of initiative and problem-solving ability.
Intermediate level knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Ability to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously, and consistently meet deadlines.
Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively and sensitively communicate with all levels of management.
Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to cope and defuse situations involving angry or difficult people.

Requirements

Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40 pounds.
Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency required.
Must be able to sit, stand, reach, bend, and stoop for extended periods of time.
Talking and expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word.
Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction.
Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound.
Visual requirements including color, depth perception, and field vision.
Ability to compare, copy, coordinate, synthesize, negotiate, communicate, and instruct.
Ability to tolerate stressful situations.
Ability to work under minimal to moderate supervision.
