Role Description

This role involves organizing training processes and implementing corporate values in the daily work of employees.

Selecting and organizing training programs for employees (searching for courses, negotiating with suppliers, agreeing on terms)
Monitoring training fees and working with the training budget
Interacting with employees on training issues: informing, registering, supporting
Tracking the training process: monitoring progress, collecting feedback, reporting
Supporting initiatives to implement corporate culture: organizing events, communicating company values
Interacting with internal teams to identify training needs
Preparing reports on the effectiveness of training programs

Qualifications

Experience in HR (training, personnel development, corporate culture) from 1-2 years
Experience with training platforms and interaction with course providers
Skills in organizing and administering training processes
Understanding how to influence corporate culture through training
Communication skills, ability to work with different teams
Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and take responsibility for the result
