Role Description
This role involves providing customer support in Flemish/Dutch and English.
- Providing support in Flemish/Dutch by email and live chats
- Processing with great attention to details and content
- Identifying clients' needs and proactively proposing solutions
- Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction
- Working closely with our team to improve and establish the necessary processes
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Flemish/Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Proactive person with good support/sales skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience as a support agent will be considered an advantage
