Role Description
Are you fluent in Portuguese and English? Are you passionate about providing top-notch customer support? If so, we want you to join our team at WeDoSupport in Wroclaw!
- Communication with customers through online-chats, e-mails
- Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers
- Acknowledge and resolve customers’ complaints
- Knowing our products inside and out so you can answer the questions
- Ensure satisfaction of the customer and provide professional support for customers
Qualifications
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Portuguese and English
- Proactive attitude with a knack for customer support and sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in a support role is advantageous
