Role Description

Join the team that launches new projects in various markets and shapes the future of the iGaming industry.

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including licensing and partnership contracts.
Ensure compliance with iGaming regulations and assist in obtaining necessary licenses.
Conduct legal research on regulatory developments and advise on their impact.
Support in handling disputes, risk management, and corporate governance matters.
Liaise with regulatory authorities and external legal advisors.
Assist in developing internal policies and compliance frameworks.

Qualifications

2-3 years PQE in a legal role, preferably with experience in the iGaming, technology, or financial services sectors.
Strong knowledge of commercial law, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiation.
Experience with international jurisdictions and gaming regulations is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
