Role Description

We are looking for experienced technical accounting and FP&A professionals to help develop reinforcement learning environments for AI systems. You will apply your financial expertise to:

• Design and author complex technical accounting and FP&A scenarios.
• Identify and document financial edge cases that require advanced judgment and analysis.
• Develop structured evaluation rubrics for financial planning and analysis tasks.
• Translate complex financial logic into clear, structured documentation for AI training environments.
• Peer-review scenarios created by other financial professionals for accuracy, depth, and quality.

• FP&A Directors
• Controllers
• Senior Financial Analysts
• Other professionals with substantial technical accounting or FP&A experience

Requirements

• Comfortable working through complex financial edge cases.
• Ability to clearly document advanced accounting principles and evaluation criteria.

Benefits

• Independent contractor engagement.
• Fully remote, with work completed on your own schedule.
• $100/hour, paid weekly based on services rendered.
