[Hiring] Senior Revenue Accountant @EPAM

Role Description

Join our EPAM team as a Senior Revenue Accountant and take your career to new heights! The role includes:

• Revenue accounting transactions
• General ledger postings
• Contract analysis
• Month-end close activities

You will support accounting operations for the LATAM region while working in a global financial environment that adheres to international financial reporting standards. You will be an integral part of our Revenue Accounting team, collaborating with colleagues across multiple countries and supporting region-specific accounting processes and transactions.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare and manage GL entries, including revenue, accruals, deferrals, and reclassifications
• Review client contracts and validate financial terms for accurate accounting treatment
• Issue invoices and record related accounting entries in accordance with client contracts
• Support month-end procedures
• Assist with annual and interim audit requests
• Communicate with customers and businesses via email or telephone
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records and supporting documentation
• Coordinate with regional and local teams on LATAM-specific invoicing and accounting documentation requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
• Spanish proficiency suitable for daily work within the LATAM region

Requirements

• Familiarity with local invoicing and accounting documentation requirements in Latin American countries
• Ability to quickly grasp new processes and learn new tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
• Knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP
• Experience working with SAP or another ERP system
• Experience in a multinational company or shared services environment
