[Hiring] Head of Finance @Stratosphere

Role Description

Lead and oversee Stratosphere's finance function, ensuring the effective management of financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and cash flow while supporting our strategic objectives.

• Manage company purchases, expenses, financial transactions, and payment approvals, ensuring expenditures are properly authorized, documented, and aligned with operational and financial priorities.
• Oversee cryptocurrency-related financial activities, including transaction management, portfolio tracking, reconciliation, and maintaining accurate records of digital asset holdings and movements.
• Supervise the preparation and issuance of invoices, contracts, and other financial documentation, while overseeing payroll processing and ensuring contractors, employees, and vendors are paid accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role
• Over 3 years of experience with cryptocurrency transactions
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles
• Experience with invoicing, payroll processing, and expense tracking
• Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets) and accounting software
