Role Description

We are seeking experienced Toast POS Specialists to support a project focused on restaurant technology and POS workflows. The role involves evaluating, documenting, and improving real-world Toast POS processes, including ordering, payments, menu management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate Toast POS workflows, including order entry, payments, and reporting.
• Create step-by-step guides and documentation for restaurant operations.
• Analyze system functionality and identify workflow issues or improvement opportunities.
• Document best practices for Toast POS configuration and optimization.
• Evaluate transaction data, menus, and order flows.
• Explain POS processes clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support the development and refinement of POS-related tasks, prompts, and datasets.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Toast POS in a restaurant environment.
• Experience with POS configuration, troubleshooting, order management, and payment processing.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and POS workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience across different restaurant concepts is a plus.
• Experience training or supporting users with restaurant technology is preferred.
