Role Description
As an Asset Management - Commercial Analyst on Intersect's Asset Management team, you'll help uphold the commercial integrity and continuity of our clean energy and data center infrastructure projects across their operating lifecycle. Working closely with senior Asset Management leaders, you'll track, analyze, and report on the commercial implications of equipment supply, EPC, O&M, and interconnection agreements—ensuring technical commitments remain visible, compliant, and well-documented as projects transition into operations. You'll also support ongoing financial performance tracking, budget variance analysis, and commercial risk management so our operating fleet delivers durable financial and operational reliability.
This is an early-career, execution-focused role centered on operating assets. By bringing analytical rigor, documentation discipline, and modern workflow execution using Google Suite and AI tools, you'll enable senior team members to drive commercial outcomes and manage complex escalations. Along the way, you'll build a deep foundational understanding of how technical contracts, power markets, and asset economics intersect, preparing you to grow into direct asset-level commercial ownership over time.
