[Hiring] Accounting Operations Specialist @33Floors

Role Description

33Floors is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Operations Specialist to support our day-to-day accounting functions. This position will take ownership of key financial processes, including:

• Monthly client invoicing
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Expense reconciliation
• Time-tracking audits

Working closely with the Controller, the ideal candidate will be reliable, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, global environment.

• Own the full monthly invoicing cycle
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable each month
• Assist with expense reports and expense reconciliation
• Weekly timesheet review and time tracking audits
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and internal team members regarding invoicing, payment inquiries, and other accounting-related matters
• Various other accounting duties as requested

Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounting operations, accounts payable/receivable, or client billing
• Proficiency with web-based applications
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and G Suite
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Experience with client invoicing in a professional services or consulting environment (preferred)
• The ideal candidate is self-motivated, proactive, and customer-service oriented, with the ability to work independently, resolve challenges, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
