Role Description
As a Senior Developer, you will have an accelerated growth path into techno-functional or managerial career streams.
- Plan and implement new designs
- Apply user experience design principles to data and information visualization in the industrial business
- Interpret data and qualitative feedback
- Optimize existing user interface designs
- Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
- Develop technical and business requirements and strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
- Create prototypes for new product ideas
- Test new ideas before implementing
- Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products
- Document UX specifications, design, and standards
- Collaborate with other team members following scrum practices as a contributing member of a globally distributed agile team
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with all stakeholders
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in developing UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms
- Strong understanding of user experience design
- Good hands-on working knowledge of industry tools: Presentation programs (Keynote, Powerpoint); UX design programs (Sketch, Adobe or equivalent)
- Fluent in user-centered design best practices
- Adept at handling and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data
- Ability to communicate and articulate clearly and work collaboratively in an agile team
Good to have skills
- Experience in Agile methodologies and agile engineering practices
