Role Description
We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Animator to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will bring characters, objects, and environments to life through realistic movement, textures, and lighting. As a 3D Animator, you will work closely with other designers, artists, and developers to create visually stunning animations that align with project goals.
Work Schedule:
- Monday - Thursday: 9am - 6pm EST
- Friday: 9am - 1pm EST
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and animate 3D characters, environments, and objects using industry-standard software.
- Design and implement realistic textures, lighting, and motion to enhance the quality of 3D assets.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives and deliver animations that align with the artistic vision.
- Work on modeling, rigging, and skinning 3D characters and objects as needed.
- Optimize 3D assets for performance and compatibility across different platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest 3D animation trends, software updates, and techniques to continuously improve the quality of work.
Requirements
- Proficiency in 3D animation software:
- Autodesk Maya
- Blender
- 3ds Max
- Cinema 4D
- Unreal Engine
- Substance Painter
- Arnold and V-Ray for rendering
- Strong understanding of animation principles, rigging, and character movement.
- Experience with lighting, shading, and texturing for realistic visuals.
- Knowledge of the animation pipeline from concept to final output.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality animations.
- Ability to meet deadlines, take feedback, and work effectively in a team environment.
