Role Description
This role will directly impact that growth trajectory by improving operations, increasing efficiency, and helping the company scale.
We're searching for a results-driven E-Commerce Manager to take full ownership of our Amazon and Shopify storefronts. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, CRO knowledge, and e-commerce instincts who’s ready to lead performance improvements across two critical channels.
- Manage the Amazon Seller Central and Shopify platforms, optimizing listings, content, and merchandising.
- Plan and execute product launches, aligning teams and assets across platforms.
- Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives using A/B tests, heatmaps, and customer insights.
- Monitor key performance metrics like CVR, AOV, ROAS, and TACoS, and report weekly.
- Set up and manage pricing, bundles, discounts, and promotions.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, support, and design teams to enhance performance and customer experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in e-commerce
- Proven record of improving conversion rates and sales through CRO tactics and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology and customer experience.
- Ability to lead and communicate clearly in a cross-functional, remote team.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort owning performance metrics.
- Experience working with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, ClickUp, and Google Sheets.
