Role Description
This role will directly impact our growth trajectory by making our operations smarter and faster.
- Build and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, from sourcing to Amazon FBA delivery.
- Develop smart forecasting models and ensure our inventory is always where it needs to be.
- Create logistics strategies that cut costs and improve speed without sacrificing reliability.
- Identify and negotiate with suppliers, including sourcing alternatives beyond China.
- Collaborate with product, finance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth product launches.
- Maintain detailed procurement records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Track KPIs and continuously suggest improvements based on the data.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in supply chain or procurement roles.
- A strategic mindset with laser-sharp attention to detail.
- Confidence using data to solve problems and improve systems.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (in English).
- Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple moving parts.
- Experience with Amazon FBA is a plus—but not essential.
