Role Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Paid Ads Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising. This role involves managing paid ad campaigns with a focus on driving results for our eCommerce clients. While this position does not require direct client-facing responsibilities, you will be working closely with our internal team to ensure campaigns align with overall business goals.
- Develop, implement, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms for eCommerce businesses.
- Collaborate effectively with the internal team to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
- Continuously monitor and analyze ad performance to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Provide insights and recommendations for campaign adjustments and improvements.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in paid advertising and eCommerce.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns for eCommerce brands, particularly on Meta platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust campaigns accordingly.
- High proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for clear communication and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to overall success.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Experience in optimizing campaigns to drive eCommerce sales and increase conversions.
- Familiarity with other advertising platforms (Google Ads, TikTok, etc.) is a plus, but not required.
Benefits
- Full-time, permanent remote job, Independent Contractor Agreement.
- Salary range: 1,500 - 2,500 AUD/month.
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday.
